General Data Protection Law
LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados) is a Brazilian data protection law. Below are some key principles that align with LGPD regulations:
- Lawfulness, fairness, and transparency: Process personal data lawfully, ensuring fairness and transparency in data processing.
- Purpose limitation: Collect and process personal data for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes, and not process it further in a manner incompatible with those purposes.
- Data minimization: Only process personal data that is necessary for the purposes for which it is collected.
- Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy of personal data and take necessary steps to correct or erase inaccurate data.
- Storage limitation: Retain personal data for the minimum necessary period for the purposes for which it was collected.
- Integrity and confidentiality: Implement appropriate security measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
- Accountability: Demonstrate compliance with LGPD principles and be able to provide evidence of such compliance.

Our Considerations and Rules
1 - For entry into Ikaros Virtual Group & AeroBrasil:
1.1 - Have an active registration on the IVAO network.
1.2 - Have at least 100 hours of online flight (IVAO and/or VATSIM).
1.3 - Be over 16 years old.
1.4 - We reserve the right to refuse registrations whose forms are filled out incorrectly or in a suspicious manner with VIDs from other people.
1.5 - Do not create duplicate registrations - wait for staff to respond.
1.6 - Do not be part of the following VAs:
- EuroLot Virtual (eurolotva.pl, including any spin-offs)
- LATAM Group/LATAM Virtual (latamv.com.br, including any spin-offs)
- Pacific Virtual (pacificairways.net, including any spin-offs)
- Hangar Virtual (hangarvirtual.com.br, including any spin-offs)
2 - Regarding Membership:
2.1 - Meeting the requirements of item 1 above, the pilot must be aware of the rules of membership, which will be available in video format and on the VA's Discord.
